Oh Allah
For all the times I ignored You,
Thinking I can do it alone,
I kept aloof and refuse to acknowledge You.
And that time I close my eyes,
Believing You are never there, forgive me.
Those times I turned my back,
To the blessings and favour You gave to me,
And the light of happiness You brought to me.
Naive have I become,
When I refuse to acknowledge Your Worth.
I return to you in repentance,
You are the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful
I seek for your mercy Oh my Lord,
You are the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful,
Oh Allah, I seek Your blessings and grace.
